The process runs in four stages. First, requirements review: MIQI engineers work from your product samples, line drawings, and target speeds to fix what standard equipment cannot cover. Second, joint specification: weighing range, accuracy, dimensions, materials, reject method, and data interfaces are agreed in writing before any commercial commitment, and the quotation is prepared against that document. Third, engineering and build: the machine is designed and fabricated in MIQI's own factory on the same control platform as the standard range, so recipes, data export, and operator interfaces stay familiar. Fourth, factory acceptance testing with your product samples before shipment, so performance is demonstrated, not promised, and the tested configuration is documented for installation and after-sales support.

Choose custom when a hard constraint, not a preference, rules out standard equipment: products larger or less stable than standard platforms handle, hazardous-area certification requirements, line layouts with no room for a standard frame, or a function combination such as weighing plus vision-guided labeling that no single standard machine offers. If a standard machine covers the requirement with minor compromise, it is usually the better buy: faster delivery, proven performance data, and catalog spare parts. MIQI's twelve delivered custom platforms mostly began as exactly such hard constraints, including explosion-proof environments, air cargo containers, and dual-channel throughput demands, and several, like the assembly-line checkweigher, later stabilized into repeatable configurations quoted almost like standard models.
