Why Choose MQ-DZ09
Gripper conveyor keeps bottles upright through the scale
This machine is built around gripper conveying: the bottle is held on both sides as it passes through the weighing zone, purpose-designed for tall, slim or lightweight bottles that topple the moment a standard flat belt speeds up. The gripping format and spacing are not fixed; they are set to your bottle diameter and height in the custom proposal and locked in only after testing with your actual sample bottles.
Every bottle weighed — no spot-checking
The core job of a checkweigher: each bottle passes the weighing section one by one for dynamic weighing and is judged pass/fail on the spot against a set weight range. Occasional underfills, empty bottles or missing inserts from the filler are basically down to luck with manual spot-checks — only 100% bottle-by-bottle inspection catches them before they leave the plant. The weighing range and judgment accuracy are confirmed in the custom proposal.
Automatic rejection of non-conforming bottles
Bottles judged overweight or underweight are automatically diverted off the line. The rejection method is selected during the proposal stage based on bottle type, bottle weight and whether the product is liquid, with the goal of rejecting cleanly without knocking bottles over or spilling liquid. The exact reject mechanism follows the custom proposal agreed by both parties.
The whole machine is built to your bottle
MQ-DZ09 is a custom model: conveying height, running speed, gripping parameters and reject format are all designed around your bottles and line takt, rather than forcing your bottles to fit a standard machine's rails and belt width. The self-modification you would otherwise face after delivery is solved at the proposal stage.
HMI configured to order
Weight display, pass/fail prompts, status alarms and other operating and display configurations are selected to match your operators' habits and workshop management needs. Whatever display and prompt format you require is settled together in the custom proposal — you don't pay for features you won't use.
Send samples, test, then finalize
We accept sample bottles for factory trial runs: we test conveying stability, pass-through rate and judgment performance with your real product and show you the results, then finalize and deliver the proposal only after it meets your requirements. No discovering after the machine arrives that bottles won't stay steady, won't pass through, or aren't cleanly rejected.
Problems It Solves for You
Tall, slim round bottles such as oral-liquid, spray and serum bottles topple easily when running at speed on an ordinary flat-belt checkweigher. One bottle down means stopping the line to stand it back up, product piles up behind it, and with several stoppages a shift the whole output goes into re-standing bottles.
Gripper conveying holds the bottle on both sides through the weighing zone so it stays fully upright the whole way. Gripping parameters are customized to your actual bottle diameter and height and verified with sample-bottle testing, so no one has to stand beside the line propping bottles up.
Occasional underfills or empty bottles from the filler, or missing inner plugs, desiccant or leaflets, are only caught on a tiny fraction by manual spot-checks. What slips through becomes a customer complaint, a return, or even a full-batch recall once it reaches the customer.
Every bottle is dynamically weighed one by one; any weight outside the set range is judged and automatically rejected on the spot, stopping short-fill and missing-part problems inside the plant instead of in the market. The judgment standard is set to your fill-volume range.
When rejecting liquid products, if a bottle gets knocked over the medicine or sauce spills onto the belt and floor, contaminating the line and requiring dedicated cleanup and logging — so the reject step itself creates a new problem.
The reject method is selected during the custom proposal stage to suit liquid products, designed to avoid tipping bottles or spilling liquid, and validated with your real filled product during the sample trial run before delivery.
With many bottle formats and fast product turnover, the rails and belt width of off-the-shelf machines don't match your own bottles — they either can't grip them steadily or won't let them pass — so you end up modifying the machine yourself after purchase.
This is a source-factory custom model: gripping and conveying parameters are designed for your bottle diameter, height, weight range and line takt, with sample testing supported, so it goes straight onto the line and into use.
Functions in Detail
Gripper conveying method
Unlike ordinary flat-belt conveying, this machine handles conveying and scale hand-off by gripping the bottle body, solving the problem of bottles with uneven bases or high centers of gravity failing to stand steady on high-speed lines. The exact form, spacing and adjustment of the gripping mechanism are set to the customer's bottle type in the custom proposal, with sample-bottle test results as the acceptance basis.
Weighing and judgment
Bottles pass the weighing section one by one for dynamic weighing and are judged pass/fail immediately against the set target weight range. Weighing range, judgment accuracy and running speed are interrelated and must be matched to your fill volume, bottle weight and line takt at the proposal stage — no verbal promises detached from actual testing.
Reject method selection
Non-conforming products are automatically rejected off the line, with the reject format customized to the product characteristics: for liquid products, reject and collection methods that avoid tipping bottles or spilling liquid are prioritized, making it easy for operators to recheck rejected items and trace whether the cause was an underfill or a missing part. The exact structure and collection format follow the custom proposal.
Options and machine configuration
The operating display, status alarms, machine-body material and protection format are all made-to-order options, decided in the proposal according to the workshop environment (frequent washdown, corrosive spills) and management needs; the configuration list is confirmed in writing with the proposal so that what's delivered matches what's promised.
Customization and trial process
Before ordering, please provide bottle dimensions, fill-volume range, line speed and existing conveyor height; the factory then issues a full custom machine proposal. Sample bottles are accepted for factory testing to verify conveying stability and judgment performance with real product, and production and delivery follow both parties' confirmation of the proposal.
Industries & Application Scenarios
Bottle-by-bottle checkweighing at the exit of oral-liquid, syrup and drops filling lines to intercept underfills and empty bottles, and to detect missing desiccant or leaflets via weight difference, fitting the pre-shipment inspection step of GMP lines.
In-line checkweighing after filling of tall, slim bottles such as toner, serum and makeup remover; the gripper conveyor keeps the bottles steady to prevent toppling on high-speed lines, while rejecting underfilled products to cut net-content complaints.
Bottle-by-bottle weighing on soy sauce, vinegar, cooking-wine and sauce bottling lines to promptly catch continuous shortfalls from a clogged filler nozzle; non-conforming bottles are automatically rejected, and the reject method can be customized for liquids to reduce spill contamination.
Checkweighing of small-volume bottled drinks and lactobacillus beverages before they leave the line, with the interface custom-matched to the exit height and takt of the existing filling-and-capping line; underfilled bottles are diverted automatically, avoiding net-content spot-check returns from retailers after full cases ship.
In-line weight recheck after filling of bottled pesticides, veterinary drugs and chemical reagents, reducing manual handling of medicine-liquid bottles during spot-checks; both underfills and overfills are rejected on the spot, lowering measurement-dispute risk.
After bottled tablets or capsules are count-filled, the whole-bottle weight rechecks the count; short-count bottles are lighter and get rejected, replacing manual bottle-opening count checks for more reliable outgoing counts.
