Why Choose MQ-ML100
Print-on-demand, one carton one label
Labels are not pre-printed in stacks. Printing is triggered only when a carton arrives and the label is applied immediately, with variable data such as weight, batch number and barcode generated in real time. Each label is strictly matched to its carton, eliminating mix-ups caused by workers grabbing the wrong pre-printed label.
20-40 cartons/min, unattended
Labeling speed of 20-40 cartons/min with printing and applying completed in one step, no dedicated operator required. Over an 8-hour shift that means roughly ten to twenty thousand cartons handled reliably, freeing the staff who used to peel and stick labels at the line and directly cutting packing-station labor cost.
Choice of three major print engines
Select the print engine from Zebra, TSC or Honeywell to suit your budget and preference, with 203/300/600dpi resolution options. At 600dpi even small characters and dense barcodes stay crisp and readable. Mainstream engines mean interchangeable consumables and readily available spares, so aftercare never holds you hostage.
305mm/s printing, no slowdown on long labels
Print speed reaches 305mm/s at 203dpi and 254mm/s at 300dpi, with print length covering 20-990mm. Long-format labels such as shipping labels and packing lists are printed and applied within the cycle time, so printing never drags down the labeling pace.
Top or side application, wide-label compatible
Choose flat top application or side application. Labels from 20-140mm wide and 20-200mm long are all supported, applied with a tamp-press mechanism that presses the label flat onto the carton face. Shipping cartons, tote boxes and product cases can all be labeled on one machine.
Code reading and rejection integrated in one machine
Optional real-time printing, inline code reading, read-and-sort and inline coding functions. After application the barcode is verified on the spot, and cartons with unreadable or incorrect codes are automatically diverted by a pusher, swivel-wheel or lift-and-transfer rejecter. Labeling and quality control close the loop on a single machine.
Problems It Solves for You
Workers batch-print a stack of labels and stick them carton by carton. Once orders pile up, labels get crossed: order A's shipping label ends up on order B's carton, followed by wrong shipments, complaints and marketplace penalties
Print-and-apply triggers one print per carton, so label content always matches the carton in front of it, eliminating cross-labeling by design. Add optional inline code reading to verify barcode content immediately after application
High-mix, small-batch production requires pre-printed labels for every SKU. Frequent changeovers pile up label inventory, and one artwork revision scraps the whole old batch
Real-time variable-data printing generates product name, batch number, barcode and date on the spot, so you stock only one blank label. Changeover is just a template switch in the system, with zero pre-printed inventory or write-offs
At dispatch peaks, two or three people crowd the printer peeling labels and chasing cartons. Crooked or wrinkled labels fail the scan gun and have to be reworked before loading
Fully automatic print-and-apply runs unattended at 20-40 cartons/min. Tamp-press application lays labels flat on the carton face, with top or side placement to match scanning habits, so positions are consistent and every scan passes first time
The printhead is a wear part, and with a niche-brand engine one failure means a week waiting for parts while the whole packing line sits idle
Print engines come from Zebra, TSC or Honeywell, the three mainstream brands. Printheads, ribbons and spares are standard items available everywhere, replaceable the same day, so the labeler never becomes the line-stopper

Functions in Detail
Rejection method matched to your line
Three downstream rejection options: pusher type is simple and suits low-to-medium-speed carton rejection; swivel-wheel type works continuously without stopping the line, ideal for pairing with read-and-sort; lift-and-transfer suits heavy cartons or smooth transfer to a side lane for review. Just tell us carton weight, format and line speed for matching.
Print engine and consumable specs
Choose the print engine from Zebra, TSC or Honeywell with 203/300/600dpi resolution options. Liner width 16-114mm; ribbon width 25.4-107mm, thickness 0.06-0.3mm — all common market specifications, so consumables can be sourced locally and printheads and spares are stocked nationwide, never locking you to a single supplier.
Label and print capability range
Handles labels 20-140mm wide and 20-200mm long, with print width 16-104mm and print length 20-990mm — covering everything from small case codes to long-format packing lists. Print speed is 305mm/s at 203dpi and 254mm/s at 300dpi, keeping pace with a 20-40 cartons/min labeling cycle even on long labels.
Data integration and inline expansion
Optional real-time printing, inline code reading, read-and-sort and inline coding: the host system pushes print content live per order; after application, inline reading verifies barcode readability and content consistency, and failed cartons are diverted by the rejecter. Printing, applying, verification and sorting close the loop on one machine.
Installation layout and customization
Overall dimensions 800x670x1600mm with left-hand or right-hand label exit, so the machine connects on either side of the line without rerouting conveyors. Top-flat or side application is selectable, and frame dimensions can be customized to match conveyor height and width in retrofit projects.
Industries & Application Scenarios
Print shipping labels and sortation labels inline at the outbound station, applying to cartons as they pass. Combined with inline code reading to verify tracking numbers, it prevents mis-applied labels that lead to wrong deliveries and return freight losses.
After case packing and sealing, print and apply production date, batch number and case codes on the carton top or side in real time — one carton, one code, printed as produced — meeting distributor and retailer requirements for outer-case traceability.
With multiple SKUs of cleaning and care products running mixed on one line, outer-case label content changes constantly with orders. Real-time printing removes pre-printed label stock; a changeover only needs a template switch to keep labeling.
Apply customer-specified barcode labels and packing-list labels to finished-goods cartons. The 20-990mm print length accommodates multi-line material information, so outbound scans clear inbound receiving in one pass.
Apply batch-number and traceability-code labels to pharmaceutical and supplement cartons with print data pushed live from the system, eliminating batch mix-ups from workers picking the wrong pre-printed label, with code-reading verification closing the loop.
In multi-brand, multi-SKU fulfillment, tote and shipping-carton labels differ box by box. Variable printing per order runs carton by carton, unattended and continuous, so peak-season surges never mean hiring extra hands to stick labels.
